PREFERRED DRIVER LISTING
Have you had a pleasant experience with a driver? You can add their account to your preferred driver list! Request them if they are active on the app to pick you up for your next ride. Data protection is crucial to us, and no other information will be sent to your preferred driver than your rider profile when adding them to your list.
SAFETY TRACKING
Safety will always be at the heart of everything we do. Enjoy riding in comfort, knowing that your chosen Frenzi contacts can see your live commute.
If there ever comes a time when you feel unsafe with your driver? One simple click on the app will alert our 24 hours support team, and they will be able to track your live location and immediately contact you to notify the police if required.
FEMALE DRIVER
This one is for females! If you are a verified female rider, you can request a female Frenzi Driver. We want drivers and riders to feel safe and comfortable during their commute! We want to encourage women to grow within this industry and know they can do so safely is and always will be a crucial focus of Frenzi.
SUSTAINABLE RIDING
The UK government plans to ban the sale of new petrol and diesel cars by 2035 and aims to bring all greenhouse gases to zero by 2050. We are still some way off: though there were 39 million vehicles on UK roads last year, just 27,000 new electric cars were registered. But the switch will eventually happen, and here at Frenzi, we are proud to offer the option to 'ride electric' to our customers.
