Had a pleasant experience with a driver? You can add their account to your preferred driver list! The next time you request a ride, if your favourite driver is on shift, you can wait for them to be available and ride with them.
All data is stored safely; only your rider profile will be shared with the driver.
ENHANCED SAFETY

The enhanced safety tracking support feature will always be at the heart of everything we do. Enjoy riding in comfort, knowing that your chosen Frenzi contacts can see your live commute. Are you feeling unsafe with your rider?
One simple click on the app, and our 24 hours support team will be able to track your live location and immediately contact you to notify the police if required.
FEMALE DRIVERS

If you are a verified female rider, you can request a female Frenzi Driver. We want drivers and riders to feel safe and comfortable during their commute! We want to encourage women to grow within this industry and know they can do so safely.
Safety is and always will be a crucial focus of Frenzi.
SUSTAINABLE RIDING

We can’t change the world on our own, but we can all do our little actions to help make a significant change! During your ride request, you can select only to be picked up by a hybrid or electric vehicle.
This feature will encourage drivers to invest in greener vehicles alongside the rider knowing they are helping in their small way to protect the planet.
