Frenzi Investor Update – August 2025

Dear Investors,

Thank you again for your support and belief in Frenzi. We want to provide a transparent update on our current position.

While we have received some investment, unfortunately we have not yet reached our target. As a result, we have had to pause our rollout and make difficult decisions to scale back parts of the team in order to extend our runway and give ourselves more time to secure the funding needed.

Despite these challenges, Frenzi remains in a very strong position:

 • We hold operator licences across West and North Yorkshire, covering a population of over 7 million.

 • We have established a unique partnership with the GMB Union, giving us access to 111,000 drivers ready to join.

 • We are in discussions with thousands of takeaway businesses eager to adopt our delivery service, tapping into a market where 2.7 million takeaway orders are placed daily across the UK.

 • Our multi-service model (ride-hailing, food delivery, courier, removals, and more) positions Frenzi to compete not just locally but at a globally scalable level.

Our founder, Stephen, has personally invested £1.35m into Frenzi, making him the single largest investor. This commitment underlines his belief in the business and his determination to see it succeed.

However, to launch successfully and competitively, we must secure the additional funding required. Launching without sufficient capital would risk a half-hearted entry to market, which we are unwilling to compromise on.

We know some of you have experienced disappointing outcomes with other investments in the past. That is why we are committed to showing that Frenzi is different — by consistently pushing forward, making the tough decisions, and keeping our focus on building a company with both immediate traction and long-term global potential.

We are therefore asking for your continued support at this critical stage. Additional investment now will not only safeguard Frenzi’s future but also position you, our early backers, for significant rewards in the mid-term as we launch and scale.
