Investor Update – GMB Partnership and Regional Launch Progress
We are pleased to share a brief update on our ongoing work with the GMB Union and our continued progress toward launching Frenzi across key UK cities.
Over the past month we have been engaging closely with GMB regional driver groups as part of the build up to our phased rollout. Our most recent meeting was held in Stoke-on-Trent, where we received an extremely positive response from local GMB drivers. The session reinforced the strong appetite for a fair, transparent and driver-focused platform, and highlighted the value of our model within regions that are currently underserved by existing operators.

These discussions form an important part of our regional expansion strategy and have helped lay the groundwork for our planned launches in Stoke, Bradford and Leeds during Q1 2026. Early engagement with driver communities, supported by GMB’s national reach, gives Frenzi a strong foundation as we move towards wider operational activation.
To maintain this positive momentum and ensure that these plans can be executed smoothly, we are continuing to secure support for the next phase of development. The foundations are in place, the driver community is engaged, and our regional rollout strategy is well mapped. The coming months represent a crucial window to build on this progress and position Frenzi for successful market entry.
We look forward to providing further updates as our partnerships and operational preparations continue to advance. Investors who would like to discuss the upcoming launch activity or opportunities to support the next phase are welcome to reach out directly.
