Frenzi’s Upcoming Launch: Pioneering a Fairer Ride-Hailing Market

Writer: Frenzi TeamFrenzi Team

The Road to Our First Customer Rollout

After months of rigorous development, strategic planning, and driver onboarding, we are proud to announce the imminent customer launch of the Frenzi App. With over 20,000 drivers already registered, Frenzi is poised to disrupt the ride-hailing industry with a fairer, more cost-effective alternative.

This spring, we will officially launch in Selby, marking the first step in our ambitious expansion plan across the UK.

We are poised to launch shortly in Q2 2025.

Why Selby? A Strategic Launch Location

Selby has been chosen as our launch market due to its deep connection to Frenzi’s origins and its reflection of the transport challenges faced by many smaller towns. These communities often find themselves overlooked by major ride-hailing platforms, yet they experience significant demand for affordable, reliable, and accessible transport solutions.

Frenzi’s technology has been designed to serve both small towns and major urban areas seamlessly. By launching in Selby, we are not only addressing a real market need but also showcasing the scalability of our platform before expanding into larger metropolitan hubs.

Union-Backed Expansion Strategy

Our expansion is further bolstered by our strategic partnership with GMB Union, which has committed a dedicated representative to support our growth. This partnership ensures that we remain driver-first while maintaining affordable pricing for passengers.

Expansion Plans: Scaling to High-Demand Cities

Selby is just the beginning. Following our initial launch, we will rapidly expand into key locations, starting with:

Leeds – One of the UK’s largest metropolitan areas, with a thriving transport ecosystem and high demand for ride-hailing services.

Bradford – A diverse city where our driver-friendly pricing model will encourage rapid adoption.

Surrounding Areas – Enabling seamless connectivity between urban and rural locations.

Our approach allows us to refine our operations in smaller markets before scaling up, ensuring a sustainable and efficient expansion.
