Customer Service Excellence: From 1990 to 1996, Andrew transitioned to in-house operations, where he personally handled bookings and addressed customer queries, showcasing his dedication to customer satisfaction.
Leadership Roles: Andrew's exceptional performance led to his promotion to lead customer services from 1994 to 1996, demonstrating his natural leadership abilities and commitment to excellence.
Operational Expertise: From 1997 to 2001, Andrew took on roles as a coordinator and then as a main controller/dispatcher, where he honed his skills in operations management and logistics coordination.
Strategic Management: From 2001 to 2010, Andrew served as a Special Ops Manager for the leading UK same-day courier network, showcasing his strategic vision and ability to navigate complex operational challenges.
Entrepreneurial Ventures: From 2010 to 2024, Andrew ventured into entrepreneurship as the owner of a bespoke high-level chauffeur company, where he demonstrated his business acumen and leadership in building successful ventures.
